this time, our Chef Everardo Robles will present the follow menu at Le Kliff restaurant,
The cost: U$D 25.00 for 3 courses meal menu, from 13:00 to 21:00

Appetizers

Pork ribs with chocolate BBQ

Frisee and Arugula salad, green beans, beets with fresh cheese and bacon
Lobster Bisque, with crabmeat and lobster foam juice

Entrees
Pork Prime Rib, glazed with dried chiles sauce and ginger risotto
Chicken marinated with fine herbs, smoked tomatoes and mashed potatoes
Flounder with goat cheese, honey, mushroom risotto, turmeric sauce

Dessert
Caramel and walnut parfait with chocolate sauce
Vanilla pudding with milk biscuit
Passion fruit crème bulee
